At Linteo and UMBRA design, sustainability has no meaning without people. Their core business is the production of promotional textile products, combining the latest technologies with a team of highly experienced textile professionals who transform clients’ ideas into final products in the shortest possible time.

Their mission is clear – to create high-quality textile products in Croatia and within the EU, while simultaneously building opportunities for those who need them most.

They employ individuals from marginalized groups and actively promote the employment of women, with women making up as much as 97% of their team. They are especially proud of their sewing training programs for young women, providing them with practical skills and the opportunity for financial independence.

They further strengthen their social impact through a partnership with the social cooperative Humana Nova, with whom they are developing a circular economy model in the textile industry. Production waste is given new value through recycling, upcycling, and creative workshops, while also securing jobs for people with disabilities and other socially excluded groups.

Through the “Together for a better future” initiative, they offer their clients transparent insight into how each project contributes to employment, recycling, and the creation of positive social impact.
